Art Belden joined LORD Corporation in 1994 as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer, and has responsibility for all of the financial activities of the Corporation including accounting, auditing, insurance, treasury, as well as financial/business analysis and planning.
Prior to joining LORD, Art was associated for 21 years with SPS Technologies, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange company headquartered in Newtown, Pennsylvania, in a series of financial assignments leading to the position of Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Art held positions at Helme Products, Inc. in Reading, Pennsylvania and Coopers & Lybrand in Philadelphia.
Art received a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University in 1968, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1978. |
