LORD Balance Check™ Portable Instrument The LORD Balance Check provides users with a single maintenance tool capable of field balancing, providing overall machinery health condition and diagnostic information for a broad range of rotating equipment. The Balance Check detects unbalance, identifies the correction capacity required to offset the unbalance verifies the balance has been restored on rotating equipment. It can also be used in the field for identifying common vibration-related faults on machinery. The LORD Balance Check incorporates on-screen assistance making the tool easy to use for non-vibration experts.

A Modular Approach

The LORD Balance Check uses a modular approach that allows the user to customize their instrument with the features they need from a list of standard options. Since no proprietary software is required, data can be transferred directly to a computer through a Windows-based operating system and imported into Excel for easy reporting. Data also is securely stored in the internal flash memory within the instrument.
