With a technical degree in Chemical Engineering and a MBA with concentrations in Innovation and Supply Chain Management, Charmaine has spent her career with LORD in Technology, Marketing and Analysis & Planning. Currently in Sales, Charmaine interfaces with external customers and maintains solid relationships with internal employees within the matrix organization.
