Nicole joined LORD in 1997 as a Senior Quality Engineer in the Industrial Products Division, Erie, Pa., and then became Quality Manager at our facility in Cambridge Springs, Pa.
In 2003, Nicole became the Customer Service Manager for both Chemical and Mechanical products – the first time that the two customer service teams were merged.
