LORD MR fluid can provide smooth, efficient torque-transfer in clutch devices. Many current clutch solutions have limitations, such as a lack of controllability or high off-state drag. However, our MR clutches can overcome these limitations, and is well suited for a wide range of applications including fan clutches and small driveline clutches.
MR Technology Advantages
