Locking detents for doors and hatches. MR technology can be used to provide infinitely variable detents in door & hatch hinges and dampers. These detents can be programmed to vary according to various criteria (e.g., incline of vehicle). Our technology can also provide greater longevity in locking raised hatches than hydraulic shocks.
