Cermet Resistor Materials

The 9000 Series ruthenium-based resistor system provides excellent environmental stability, low firing sensitivity with TCRs of 50 ppm from 10 ohms through 1M ohms. Additional features include:

Excellent post laser trim stability,
Minimal sensitivity to processing variations and resistor geometries,
Excellent VCR and voltage withstanding capabilities, and
Extremely tight as-fired resistance distributions.
