Solvent-Based Primers
Chemlok solvent-based primers consist of pigments and curatives with dissolved polymers in a solvent solution.
Features & Benefits
- Versatile - Can be used as a primer under a wide variety of Chemlok covercoats adhesives such as the Chemlok 220, 230, 250 and EPCA series of adhesives.
- Convenience - Suitable for existing production lines. Primers can be applied easily by spray, dip, roll coat or brush.
- Performance - Provides rubber tearing bonds and excellent environmental resistance when used in combination with Chemlok covercoat adhesives. Provides superior resistance to heat, water, humidity, salt spray, chemicals, oils, solvents, ethylene/propylene glycols and corrosive environments.
- One-Coat Application - Chemlok primers in some cases will bond nitrile compounds without the use of a Chemlok covercoat adhesive.
