MetalJacket 2110 Coating
LORD MetalJacket® 2110 primer/topcoat, the second coat in the MetalJacket process, is an environmentally friendly black primer/topcoat. MetalJacket coatings, originally developed as corrosion resistant primers for adhesive applications, may also be used as primers for
other coating systems and even as a stand-alone finish. MetalJacket coatings provide excellent corrosion resistance and functional protection for ferrous substrates.
Applied via an automated autodepositing dip process, MetalJacket 2110 is applied over substrates prepared with MetalJacket 1100 metal treatment. Its unique and patented chemistry consists primarily of water and LORD formulated polymers.
