Order Policy
All remanufactured parts are sold on an exchange basis only.
All orders must be accompanied by a like-quantity of the same part in non-serviceable, but repairable condition.
Warranty: All remanufactured parts are considered “zero hour” equivalent, and carry a LORD 12-month warranty. Parts returned for warranty consideration must be clearly marked. Service hours, cycles and cause must be stated on paperwork.
Standard LORD payment terms are “net 30.”
International shipments from LORD are based on INCOTERMS; EXW; Erie, P.a.
Domestic shipments from LORD will be FOB; Erie, P.a.

Shipments from outside the United States (US) must be sent freight and customs prepaid, Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). If the part is of U.S. origin (manufacture), please include FOREIGN SHIPPER’S DECLARATION stating parts are of U.S. origin to minimize import duties and fee.
Shipper will be the Importer of Record into the United States and the Exporter of Record (in origination country) and thus is responsible for all customs formalities.
Please Note: Products controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) CANNOT be returned to LORD under the REMAN Program.
The Shipper’s elected freight forwarder must have an office or agent in the U.S. to facilitate the importation, clearance and delivery. Shipper also must have a valid Power of Attorney on file with the elected broker in the United States.
Shipper must appear as the Importer of Record on the U.S. Customs Entry Documentation (CF3461, CF6501, etc.)
All charges are to be PREPAID, including duties and taxes; customs; and delivery.
Upon shipment to the U.S., please send notice of shipment, including Air Waybill/Tracking Number, Commercial Invoice Packing List and Foreign Shipper’s Declaration to:
