LORD Corporation Recognized as Preferred Supplier by Mercury Marine

LORD Corporation — a leader in the management of vibration, motion and noise — has earned recognition as a top supplier from Mercury Marine.
LORD received the Preferred Supplier status award on April 1, at the Mercury Supplier Conference in Sarasota, Fla. The level of Preferred Supplier was only awarded to an elite 12 of Mercury's top 62 suppliers invited to the conference.
Recipients were chosen on the basis of superior performance to Mercury metrics, which include product quality, delivery performance, cost control, engineering support, problem resolution, customer service, and overall performance as a component supplier.
“This is a great achievement for our hard work in all areas of support for Mercury Marine, and it places LORD among a distinguished group of Mercury's first-tier global suppliers,” said Andy Swoyer, Recreational Industries Market Manager, LORD Corporation.
LORD is a major supplier of engine mounts, propeller hub bushings, water pump impellers, powertrain couplings, miscellaneous vibration isolation devices, and structural adhesives to Mercury Marine.
