LORD Corporation's Zhang to Present at China Rubber Conference & Expo

LORD Corporation - a global leader in developing rubber-to-metal bonding adhesives for industrial and automotive markets - has announced that Buddy Zhang, China Chemical Technical Manager, will present a paper at the 5th Annual China Rubber Conference & China Rubber Expo.The meeting will be held March 17 in the afternoon at The Shangri-La Hotel in Qingdao, China. Zhang's topic is entitled "Advances in Aqueous Rubber-to-Substrate Technology and Utilization of Parametric Designs to Illustrate Breakthroughs in Performance Characteristics."
In 2007, Zhang joined LORD China to lead the Chemical Technical Team, which offers technical service to rubber-to-metal bonding customers, and technical support for LORD® structural adhesives and electronic materials, including some product modification functionality. Having worked in the adhesive technology field for the past 11 years, Zhang possesses vast technological and managerial experience in technical support/service, product modification/development and chemical lab investment/operation.
In his current role at LORD China, Zhang has recruited and developed a strong technical team of experts. For the past three years, he has been evolving his team competencies and has been building an application technical center with advanced adhesive engineering capabilities.
