Metal Bonding:

LORD Fusor 108B metal bonding adhesive can be used for installation of bumper beam on SSR Pick-Up as described in collision repair process.
TSB 99-06-03 specifies LORD Fusor 108B adhesive for floor pan corrosion repairs on Buick, Cadillac, Oldsmobile and Pontiac models.
TSB 02-08-98-001A: Specifies LORD Fusor 108B/109B and Fusor 110B/111B adhesives for bonding of exterior panels as an alternative to MIG welding on all 2003 and prior passenger cars and trucks.
TSB 01-08-66-011A: Specifies LORD Fusor 108B adhesive for installation of a new rear roof section on 1995-2001 Chevrolet and GMC S/T 4-Door Utility Blazer and Jimmy as well as 1996-2001 Oldsmobile Bravada.

SMC Panel Repair and Replacement:

GM Service Operations Specifies LORD Fusor 120/ Goodwrench 12345726 and Fusor 127EZ adhesives for the repair and/or replacement of SMC panels on all GM Corvette and U vans. These products are recommended in the GM Training Schools.

Plastic Repair:

TSB 01-08-64-012A: Specifies LORD Fusor 148 adhesive for bonding the door glass sash channel on 1999-2002 Oldsmobile Alero and Pontiac Grand Am.
GM recommends LORD Fusor 143 and 114 adhesives for flexible plastic repair and LORD Fusor 100EZ for rigid plastic repair.

Aftermarket Specifications:

LORD Fusor 108B/109B and 110B/111B adhesives meet or exceed GM6449G, Automotive (Metallic) Panel Bonding Performance Guideline.
LORD Fusor 127EZ/128EZ and 147/148 adhesives meet or exceed GM6448G, Adhesion Guidelines for Bonding Exterior Sheet Molding Compound (SMC).
LORD Fusor 800/801/803 plastic repair adhesive meets or exceeds GM8263G, Automotive Sealer Guideline.

Rivet Bonding:

LORD Fusor 108B adhesive can be used for rivet bonding laminated steel on Cadillac CTS, SRX and STS models, as described in GM TSB 04-08-98-003.

Metal Bonding:

TSB D23-02-9: Specifies LORD Fusor 147 and 301 adhesives for the repair of a creaking noise in the upper roof/B-post area on the 1998 DN Durango.
TSB 23-01-99 and Rev. A: Specifi es LORD Fusor 148 and 513 adhesives for the repair of a tick type noise in the top of the left B-pillar area on the 1996-99 ND Town & Country/ Caravan/Voyager.

Rivet Bonding:

TSB 23-044-02: Specifies LORD Fusor 112B/Mopar 05083855AA adhesive in conjunction with structural rivets for strut tower corrosion repairs on 1996-2000 NS Town & Country/Voyager/Caravan.
TSB 23-026-02: Specifies LORD Fusor 112B/Mopar 05083855AA adhesive in conjunction with structural rivets for floor pan corrosion repairs on 1984-2001 XJ Jeep Cherokees.

NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness):

TSB 23-015-08: Specifies LORD Fusor 147 adhesive for the repair of a tick sound heard when going over bumps, coming from the base of the A-Pillar, for all 2007 and prior Calibers.
TSB 23-019-08: Specifies LORD Fusor 147/148 adhesives for the repair of a fl utter sound heard while driving. Sunroof frame may separate from the roof panel on all 2008 and prior Town & Country/Grand Voyagers with sunroofs.

Weld Bonding:

LORD Fusor metal bonding adhesives meet or exceed the performance requirements outlined in the updated Chrysler Welding and Weld Bonding brochure 81-170-03005 for repair of structural and non-structural parts.

Material Standards:

LORD Fusor 112B/113B is the only aftermarket metal bonding repair adhesive that meets the new Chrysler Material Standard MS-CD507 for bonding e-coated or bare metal for in-plant (Chrysler part numbers 52850692AA/55360685AA) and warranty repairs (LORD Fusor 112B or Mopar 05083855AA).

Mopar Co-label:

LORD Fusor 147, 148, 513, 301 and 112B adhesives are available through Mopar under part numbers 05017147AA, 05017148AA, 05016571AA, 05016570AA, 05083855AA.
