Purchase Requirements

To order small quantities of our standard products using a Visa, MasterCard or American Express card, refer to the pricing table above. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your order. Requests for purchase order acceptance will only be considered for orders in excess of $2,500 and upon approval from our Credit & Collections Department. All orders below this amount must be pre-paid by credit card, wire- transfer or check prior to LORD Corporation releasing the order. Contact us at customer.support@lord.com should you need a proformance invoice in order to pre-pay your order.

With the exception of ordering demonstration devices, please note the minimum order requirement for orders shipping within the continental United States is $750.00 excluding tax and shipping. The appropriate tax will be added in the following states: California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania or Texas.

For international shipments your order must total $1,500.00 excluding shipping charges. All orders are shipped Ex-works therefore you must provide a DHL, FedEx or UPS account number. No refunds will be offered for orders rejected due to inability to cover these charges upon receipt.
