What is an adhesive?

Sometimes referred to as "glue," an adhesive is a substance used to bond together two surfaces and is generally sticky in texture. LORD Corporation produces a multitude of adhesives with different chemistries and bonding capabilities. Using our adhesives as an alternative to traditional bonding methods (i.e. welding and riveting) will ensure a more aesthetically pleasing finish while reducing cycle time and overall cost of manufacturing.
