Providing these quality products and processes requires a focus on our people. LORD actively promotes a safe work culture and operating environment. LORD conducts a Global Behavior-Based Safety program to educate and promote continuous improvement in our safety culture and practices. Our safety performance metrics measure not only our safety track record but that of our contractors as well. Safety is our number one priority every day.

We believe that wellness goes hand in hand with safety. The LiveWell LORD program provides and promotes programs throughout LORD that educate, support, and encourage employees and their families to make healthy medical, emotional, nutritional and physical lifestyle choices. Healthier employees lead to higher job satisfaction and increased productivity and effectiveness while working to achieve a better, healthier LORD.
